I'm a young african-american trying to purchase a home for me in my mom.I still have hope;to get into home before the holidays even though its steadly approching.We have lost our home to a fire in 98 where we lost everything. Now that I'm older and working a steady job and I'm hepling her pay the rent where we currently living in an apartment for 7 yrs. The only thing thats holding me back is 3 problems have on my credit.We can't get a loan in my moms name cause her credit is alot wrose than mines. I really need some help from someone cause our income is limited due to other bills that we are currently paying on also we have my nephew staying with us it would be nice for hoim to spend Christmas in a new house instead of this apartment. so if you can help it would lift alot a weight off my shoulders and so me and my family can live the American dream of owning a home.
